Driver profiles, CDLs, medical cards, drug testing, and the digital permit book.
Add a Driver and Capture CDL Details
Drivers → Add Driver. Required: name and driver type (company or owner-operator). Recommended: CDL number, class, state, expiry, endorsements (H, N, T, P, S, X), and restrictions. Upload the CDL document image so it's available alongside the data.
Upload Medical Card and MVR
From the driver profile, the Medical Card section accepts the expiry date, examining doctor, and a PDF or photo of the certificate. The MVR slot accepts the latest motor-vehicle record and stamps the issue date. Both surface in the compliance calendar.
Set Up the Drug Testing Log
Driver profile → Drug and Alcohol → Log Test. Capture the test type (pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty, follow-up), date, result, lab provider, and any notes. Pending results stay flagged until you update them.
Compliance Calendar — What Each Color Means
Red = expired (or expires today). Amber = expires within 30 days. Green = valid. The horizon picker lets you scan 30, 60, 90, or any custom number of days ahead. Export to CSV ships with the same color codes as a state column.
