Create a Load With the Wizard
Dispatch → New Load opens a multi-step wizard: customer, origin, destination, equipment, rate, references. Required fields are flagged inline; optional ones can be left blank and filled in later from the load detail page.
Drop a Rate Confirmation PDF Onto the Board
Drag any rate confirmation PDF onto the dispatch board. CloudTMS sends it through AI extraction, reads shipper, consignee, dates, rate, mileage, and broker info, and pre-fills the load wizard with confidence scores per field. Anything below 0.7 confidence is highlighted so the dispatcher reviews it before saving.
Assign a Driver, Truck, and Trailer
From the wizard or the load detail page. The selectors show year, make, model, plate, and a flag if the truck or trailer has expired documents or is currently on another active load. Warnings are advisory — assignment is allowed either way.
Split a Load Into Legs (Relay)
Open the load → Legs → Add Leg. Each leg gets its own driver, vehicle, and trailer, with origin and destination at any waypoint. Settlements automatically split per leg per driver, so each driver only sees their own loaded and deadhead miles.
