First Sign-In on the Driver App
Your dispatcher provisions your account; you'll receive an email with a temporary password. Open CloudTMS Driver, enter that email and password, set a new password, and you're in. The app remembers you for 30 days unless you sign out.
Capture a BOL, POD, or Lumper Receipt
Inside any load, tap the camera icon next to BOL, POD, or Lumper. Multi-page documents are supported — keep capturing pages and the app stitches them into one PDF before upload. Once uploaded, the document attaches to the load and dispatch sees it immediately.
Update Load Status From the Road
On each load card, the next valid status is one tap away (Dispatched → In Transit → At Pickup → Loaded → At Delivery → Delivered). Each tap stamps a GPS point and your dispatcher's board updates live.
Why the App Asks for Location and Camera
Location is requested only when you tap a status button — we capture a single GPS point at that moment, never continuously. Camera is used to capture freight documents. We never read your contacts or photo library, and notifications are limited to dispatch messages and load updates.
